• An initial conference with a prospective client to determine the client's investment objectives/goals and how we can best accomplish these objectives, is the starting point.

• The prospective client's overall financial outlook is discussed. The client's overall tax situation and the type of account are also analyzed at this time.

• An overall asset allocation between fixed income and equities is suggested as well as a proposed investment strategy (growth, moderate, or conservative) for the equity portion of the portfolio.

• Stein Whittington Deniel does not charge for this initial conference and there is no commitment. The purpose of this conference is to enable Stein Whittington Deniel to get to know you and also for you, the prospective client, to evaluate us. We recognize that the relationship with your chosen financial advisor is a personal and important one.

• During the course of this process, we discuss how Stein Whittington Deniel will invest your assets. We will introduce you to the advantages of Cover Call Writing, an investment strategy in which our company specializes.

• We also stand ready to answer any questions the client may pose regarding the company, investing in general, or specific investments.

• Client accounts are not held by Stein Whittington Deniel. We are investment advisors, not broker/custodians. Your account will be opened at Charles Schwab & Company and you will receive monthly statements and confirmations from Charles Schwab. Stein Whittington Deniel is given limited authority to trade the account.

• Stein Whittington Deniel takes care of all the necesary paperwork required to open a new account or transfer an existing account from another broker to Charles Schwab and Company.

• Stein Whittington Deniel thereafter provides clients with several detailed reports. These reports are in addition to those that the client will receive from Charles Schwab, the broker/custodian.
