IN MEMORIAM Keith Whittington, 1948-2005, was one of the three principals in the Company until his untimely passing on March 10, 2005. Keith was instrumental in defining our Company, particularly in developing a unique business model for Covered Call Writing, which we employ today. Keith’s huge contributions, as well as his spirit and his name, remain as important assets of the Company.
