• Portfolios are designed and managed based on the investment objectives and risk tolerance of each client.

• Each client's financial objectives are discussed and set forth in an Investment Policy Statement before a portfolio is constructed.

• The client's financial situation is reviewed annually and the Investment Policy Statement is adjusted as circumstances change.

• Stein Whittington Deniel is strictly a fee-based professional money manager. Fees are based on assets under management and vary from 1.00% to 1.75% depending on the size of the account and type of services provided. The company does not sell any commissioned products, nor receives compensation from any sources other than its clients.
